KEA Building Rental

KEA members may rent the KEA building for professional or personal use. We offer ample parking, and a large conference room with tables and chairs that you can configure however you prefer. You will also have access to our full size kitchen, and restrooms. 

If you rent the building for professional use the cost is free. However, if you rent the building for personal use the fee is $10 per hour, as well as a $50 fee to have a staff member come open or close the building, charged separately if both are applicable.  

An application/rental agreement form must be completed and turned into the KEA office at least ten (10) calendar days prior to use. All charges are due upon approval of the application. After filling out the PDF form and signing be sure to verify your e-mail address or the KEA office doesn't receive it.
