KEA Building Rental
KEA members may rent the KEA building for personal use. We offer ample parking, and a large conference room with tables and chairs that you can configure however you prefer. You will also have access to our full size kitchen, and rest rooms.
If you rent the building during regular office hours, the cost is free, however, if you rent the building outside of regular office hours, the fee is $10 per hour, as well as a $100 fee to have a staff member come open/close the building. We also require a fully refundable security/damage deposit of $100.
Example: You rent the building for 5 hours, outside of regular office hours- Your fee will be $150. ( $100 open/close and 5 hours at $10 per hour). A seperate check of $100 is required for the fully refundable security/damage deposit. The total you pay is $250, $100 of it is refundable.
An application/rental agreement form must be completed and turned into the KEA office at least ten (10) calendar days prior to use. All charges are due upon approval of the application.
