Participants should be able to… Recognize our own lenses, as well as those of our colleagues, as we view educator behaviors that limit student behavioral change, as well as reinforce systemic and historically exclusionary practices. Cultivate alternative lenses and frameworks to better understand and strengthen behavioral responses both individually and school-wide. Apply these lenses and frameworks when using tools/interventions to create more inclusive practices.
